Throughout the years I’ve changed the appearances of women on the outside and discovered there is a huge need to explore how they can feel and achieve greater beauty from the inside out. In continuing my education to maintain my professional license, I’ve learned that many external substances can greatly affect the appearance of human hair and skin no matter what condition it’s in or what your genes are programmed to do. Bad nutrition and an unhealthy lifestyle will damage the appearance of your hair and skin. From my own personal experiences I’ve taken a holistic approach when learning about minerals, vitamins and herbs that would enhance hair, skin, nails, energy and overall wellness.  As a result of this approach I’ve helped many women by incorporating healthier lifestyle changes with proven vitamins, minerals and herbs that would help improve women’s vitalitlity.
