Mood Boosting: Pilates can be an awesome stress buster and mood booster causing a general feeling of euphoria.

Breath awareness - The emphasis in Pilates on breathing deeply and deliberately through movements can help you perform other exercises better.
Low-impact exercise - Gentle on your bones and joints, unlike running/jumping.
Improved Core engagement
Increased flexibility - A lot of movements in Pilates have stretching components that boost your overall flexibility.
Sculpted Muscles- Pilates will define your muscles and you can lean out with adding additional cardio to your routine
